We provide top-tier cleaning services for carpet, tile, grout, and upholstery in our clients' most prized possessions: their business or the place they call home. Our solutions are pet and child-friendly, and we use high-powered jets and steam for optimum cleaning power. We pride ourselves on upholding a perfect cleaning standard and believe in a job done right the first time.

Top Shelf’s owner, Coby Newton, is a Las Vegas native, and believes in being the best person you can be, day in and day out. Coby believes this is not only important for yourself, but for your family and loved ones. He’s based Top Shelf Carpet Cleaners around three main principles that were taught to him at a young age and that still guide him today: Honesty, Integrity, and Character. He believes that living by these principles can create an abundance of happiness in life, and takes pride in a business model that reflects those ideas.

Coby put these values into practice while working at his family’s carpet cleaning business in Chicago for nearly 15 years. He learned the ins and outs of the business from his step-father and worked side-by-side with him until moving to Arizona. Here, Coby met his soon-to-be wife Kaddie Stephens, who is an Arizona native. Kaddie grew up in Scottsdale and attended ASU, and now works at Honeywell Aerospace. Kaddie has owned, ridden, and competed with horses her whole life, and she and Coby now own a beautiful warmblood named Wellington and an amazing little pit bull named Sable. Together, Coby and Kaddie are committed to servicing Arizona residents and making their homes and businesses safe, clean, and secure.
